The company has received reports of one fire incident and approximately 10 instances of blade breakages in Canada, with no reported injuries. Internationally, there have been 319 reports of blade breakages, 16 reports of overheating or fires, resulting in property damage claims totaling around $150,000. Injuries include 49 minor burns and one minor laceration.
